Ingredients
- 1/2 kg dried chilli.
- 3 onions - peeled & cut into quarters.
- 4 garlic - peeled & cut into quarters.
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Next Steps
- Remove seeds from chilli and add them into a pot of boiling water. Once it is 3/4 cooked, toast off the water.
- Add the dried chilli, onions, garlic & oil into the blender.
Storage tip: Put the chilli paste in an air tight container and store in the fridge. If it is kept properly, it is good to keep for 1 month.
