Grilled Seafood Peri Pasta



Marinate these ingredients for 30 mins.
Squid rings
Prawns
Scallops
1 Tspn of lemon juice
1 Tbsp of paprika powder
1 Tbspn of peri-peri sauce
  
Finely chopped garlic ( 2 cloves)

 Method:
  • Add 3 Tbspn of olive oil into the pan and sauté the garlic.
  • Add in the scallop first, leave it to cook. Next add in the prawn & squid rings.      
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of water.               .
  • Add salt to taste.



Homemade Pasta Sauce
1 can of stewed tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic – finely chopped
3 fresh basil leaves
2 tspn of mixed herbs
Cooked Pasta


Method
  • Add 3 Tbspn of olive oil into the pan and sauté the garlic.
  • Add in the stewed tomato and let it simmer till cook.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of water if needed.
  • Add in basil leaves, mixed herbs, 2 tspn of sugar and add salt to taste.
  • Add in your cooked pasta and mix them together.




Serve pasta with grilled seafood peri and add a dash of chilli flakes to make you go mmm……
